Rick Singer
CEO/Master Coach
Rick Singer has spent the past twenty five years mastering the art of Life Coaching. As the CEO of The EDGE, Rick has put to good use his theoretical and hands on practical experience that comes from years of coaching and directing collegiate athletic programs at the Division 1, 2 and 3 levels.
Eight years ago, Rick took a sabbatical from The EDGE as it is known today and ventured into America's corporate world as a senior executive with First Union Bank and West Corporation. While there, he used his coaching model to increase revenue, profitability and decrease attrition among the ten's of thousands of employees he directed in each company's call center environment. Rick was hired away by Westbridge Capital to overhaul one of India's first independent call center companies, First Ring. Within a year, Rick and his team helped FirstRing become very profitable and a target for its eventual sale to ICICI Bank.
Rick returned to The EDGE and began expanding into over 80 US cities and 12 foreign countries, while increasing the success of the Life Coaching model. Based on the client's needs, this could be conducted "face to face" in the home, via telephone, or through the internet with great success.
